Promotional Offers & Discount Policy

This policy sets out the terms for promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, and special pricing offered by ITLDC LLC (“ITLDC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It applies to all promotions unless the terms of a particular offer state otherwise.

This policy forms part of our service terms and should be read together with the Master Service Agreement (MSA). If there is a conflict between this policy and the MSA, the MSA prevails.

1. Eligibility

Promotions are available for new service orders only. They do not apply to renewals, upgrades, downgrades, migrations, or replacements of existing services, or to services that have been suspended or terminated.

ITLDC determines eligibility for each promotion at its sole discretion.

2. Promotional Pricing and Renewals

Unless the offer states otherwise, the discount applies only to the initial billing term selected when placing the order. Available terms are one, three, six, or twelve months.

At the end of that term, the service is automatically billed at the standard rate without the promotional discount.

3. Coupon Codes

Coupon codes are subject to usage limits and may expire or be withdrawn without notice, including before the advertised end date. Availability throughout the advertised promotional period is not guaranteed.

Coupon codes cannot be combined with one another or with other promotions. A code may not be reused unless expressly permitted.

4. Replacing Existing Services

Services ordered under a promotion must not be used to replace existing services.

If we reasonably determine that an order was placed to replace, duplicate, or continue an existing service, we may cancel the promotional order or charge the standard rate without the discount. Our decision in such cases is final.

5. Refunds, Cancellations, and Service Changes

Promotional orders are final and are not eligible for refunds, cancellations, or replacements. Changes to the service after activation are not permitted.

Before placing an order, please check the service specifications and location to make sure they meet your requirements. We also strongly recommend using the ITLDC Looking Glass to check the network characteristics of your chosen location.

6. Licenses and Additional Options

Unless the offer states otherwise, discounts do not apply to operating system licenses, commercial control panels, third-party software licenses, or add-on services and paid options. These are charged at their standard rates.

7. Misuse of Promotions

Creating multiple accounts to obtain discounts, providing false or misleading information, or attempting to bypass eligibility restrictions is a violation of our policies.

These and other forms of misuse may result in cancellation of promotional orders, suspension or termination of services, or exclusion from future promotions.

8. Other Applicable Terms

The MSA, including its refund and payment provisions, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Service Suspension & Retention Policy also apply to promotional services. Nothing in this policy limits ITLDC’s rights to enforce the MSA.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above identifies the latest revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
